Are you interested in joining our next Girls Matter Outreach Team to Limpopo Province, South Africa, May 8th - 20th, 2025? Also available is an outreach trip to the Blessman International campus from June 5th - 17th, 2025 where some feminine hygiene kits will be distributed but there will also be other outreaches like shoe and optical distributions.

Paula’s 2024 team members returned from Limpopo Province in September. The outreach trip was incredible, possibly even life-changing for hundreds of girls and for American team members, too! We reached 2,000 girls in a variety of secondary schools! The impact of next year's team is bound to be just as impactful!

Our May and June 2025 outreach trips are being organized by Blessman International (BI) and will be based near Mokopane, Limpopo, South Africa. Limpopo is one of the poorest provinces of South Africa with 79% of its population living under the national poverty line. In this single province (about half the size of Colorado), there are 5.6 million people including 1.65 million students in primary and secondary schools. Approximately 790,000 of the female learners are growing up in poverty. The need for feminine hygiene education and supplies is tremendous.

Members of our Girls Matter-designated outreach teams focus primarily on education and kit-distributions for thousands of girls/women mostly in secondary schools. The men (or females with special interests) on our team may work with the male students at the schools or in other outreaches (such as farming/gardening, construction of water systems or toilets, distribution of eyeglasses or shoes, child-development, and/or the children’s feeding program).
